6:15 PM – Auction opens for all bidders
7:30 PM – Auction closes and Advantage Bidding begins for in-person attendees
Advantage Bidding: If the last bid on a package was made by a non-attendee, the package will be changed to “private” viewing only and in-person event attendees will be given the advantage of making one final round of bids after the auction closes. GiveHear staff will determine who made the last bids on packages at the time the auction closed (non-attendees versus in-person event attendees based on event check-in records) and, accordingly, which packages are eligible for advantage bidding. This advantage round will last 10 minutes. Non-attendees bidders will be notified by 11 PM if their last bid held and if they secured the auction package.
